Every cut we sell is 100% Wagyu, raised from birth to processing on our family farm in central Virginia. This is restaurant-quality Wagyu, from our farm to your table.

Sold by the package. All weights are approximate. Ships frozen on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Cooking tip

Season with salt and pepper and grill or pan-sear to medium-rare. The marbling does the rest.
