There are only two oyster steaks on each animal, which makes this one of the rarest cuts we offer. It's tender, deeply flavorful, and a true insider's steak.

Sold by the package. All weights are approximate. Ships frozen on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Cooking tip

Keep it simple: salt, pepper, and a quick, hot sear to medium-rare.
