Every cut we sell is 100% Wagyu, raised from birth to processing on our family farm in central Virginia. This is restaurant-quality Wagyu, from our farm to your table.

Sold by the package. All weights are approximate. Ships frozen on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Cooking tip

Cook from thawed over medium-high heat to 160°F inside. Season just before cooking, and don't press them down.
